Welcome to Istanbul Airport Transfers. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our transfer services, operated under the management of IAT.
By booking a transfer with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Booking and Confirmation
* All bookings must be made online via our website or our Chat form.
* A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a digital confirmation message via Chat form from our team containing your reservation details and driver information.
* It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information, including the correct flight number, arrival time, and contact details.
2. Cancellation and Modification Policy (Flexi Booking)
We understand that travel plans can change. Our "Flexi Booking" policy is designed to give you peace of mind:
* Free Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours (1 day) before your scheduled pickup time.
* Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are strictly non-refundable.
* Modifications: Changes to the date or time within the 24-hour window are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Delays and No-Show Policy
* Flight Delays: We track all incoming flights (IST and SAW) using the flight number provided during booking. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra cost.
* Complimentary Wait Time: Our drivers will wait free of charge for up to 60 minutes after your flight has officially landed.
* No-Show: If you fail to meet the driver within the 60-minute wait time and do not contact our support team via Chat form, the service will be classified as a "No-Show." No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Luggage and Vehicle Capacity
* Each vehicle class (Standard Minivan, VIP Minivan, Minibus) has a strict maximum passenger and luggage capacity, which is clearly stated on our "Our Fleet" page.
* We reserve the right to refuse service, without a refund, if the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle's legal and safety limits.
5. Pricing and Payments
* All our prices are fixed, transparent, and all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees, night supplements, or extra charges for bridge tolls or parking.
* Payments can be made securely online during the booking process or in cash (EUR/USD/TRY) directly to the driver upon arrival, depending on your selected booking preference.
